Hello all,
Im after another frame please. Im moving on from steel and i would like a carbon or very lightweight alloy frame. I reckon a 56cm would be best, but i could adapt stem length on a 57 or 55 etc. I would ideally like a Look KG???, but giving my somewhere around £100 budget, that may be somewhat optimistic, although some have shifted on here and retrobike for similar prices. Im not interested in any 'easy to fix' damaged frames unless it is literally a rounded seatpost bolt or something.I have a Raleigh Dynatech 725i to part with if anybody is interested in a trade. its titanium with reynolds 653 rear stays. Nice bike, but its a tad big for me. Its been sanded down to the raw titanium as i couldnt stand the paint job that was on it when i got it. I can provide more pictures to anybody who is interested to prove the make and model.

Right, im converting a shitty old training wheel into an all singing all dancing mighty fine disc wheel. Ive gone for the good old 'fill the wheel with expanding foam and go from there' approach. I need to find a cover which will go over the smooth foam to form a spotlessly smooth full carbon look that would fool even the most discerning time trial type. This outcome, will of course, be only in my head. What i will likely end up with is some shitty wheel that resembles a pavlova made by the hands of stevie wonder. Any idea where to find a full on carbon wheel cover tho? Adhesive, not one of those bolt on things. Thanks

Ive tried to measure the spoke length on the wheel best i can from the other spokes. the spoke length appears to be 296mm from very end to end, by which i mean from the bit that sits inside the hub, to the top of the nut that sits inside the rim. the blade length is 24mm and 3mm wide. there is 33mm from the the taper of the blade to the thing that sits inside the hub, and 11mm from the top bit of the blade to where the spoke enters the rim, the nut thing is then 12mm. the diameter of the hexagonal nut on the top is 5mm. Ive tried to be as detailed as possible but i could send a sketch if that doesnt make sense.
if you have anything, please let me know. many thanks

Hello,
Im after a mavic cosmic rear wheel. One of the pro ones with 30mm depth rim. I dont mind what condition ot is in as long as most of the spokes are ok. I dont really care if its clincher or tub either as i assume they would use the same size spokes. The wheel i have has a mavic hub for shimano cassette. Its the spokes im after.
