Good point - it's a Large, and I'm a 12-14 and it fits well. The size guide is here if that helps.

15% of all sale proceeds will be donated to the forum. Any questions, ask away, paypal is king and things will be sent next few days (want to batch to avoid too many post office trips) via post (buyer pays for 1st or second class postage), unless you can pick up from Watford Junction, or aren't in a rush and can meet in town over the next few weeks.
Rapha bits and bobs
My sister is no longer part of RCC and wants to clear out her masses of kit before she moves.3 x RCC caps - white one never worn I don't think - £SOLD
RCC Women's classic flyweight jersey, worn maybe 3 times (medium) - £SOLD
Souplesse insulated jacket, again worn a handful of times (medium) -£70£50
2 x musettes (one classic rapha, one RCC RCC SOLD) - £SOLD
Dickies Curtis Parka - Olive Green (SOLD)
UniQlo ladies down jacket - champagne (£5)
A truly lovely jacket and AMAZING for touring, only selling as I upgraded to a Marmot with a hood, and this one is a little battered. There are about 3 or 4 small rips in the exterior (one of which I repaired) whence the stuffing has escaped but as it's a segmented jacket this doesn't really affect a large area at all, and it's still plenty warm. A great backup jacket, squashes down very nicely, super warm. I'll add some pictures of the tears if anyone wants to see. Comes with bag.
Nintendo DS2 XL (£SOLD)
LCEF hoody - medium (£SOLD proceeds donated to steph)
UniQlo shirts (£SOLD)
Last but not least, an
aeropress (£SOLD) with lots of filters, and aJosephJoseph extendable dish drying rack (£SOLD)for all your middle class kitchen endeavours:[images removed to shorten post]
PLEASE NOTE these items are all clean, but do come from a house with two short haired dogs. I will of course ensure they are sent without any hairs but if you have allergies, please be aware.

I was gutted not to be able to join & remember YSB with you on Monday. Praying my hand heals up so I can make the 1st.
I remember laughing, years ago, when someone was like "yo there's this absolute madman commuting brakeless and VERY FAST down Euston Road all the time listening to metal????" and it was like ah yes.... have you met YSB yet? I have a photo of him somewhere from when we went to Milan and we were all like la la la gelato and all I remember about him from this photo was him looking at it like the fuck is this. Such a joker. He is so missed.

The best non-Brooklyn BMW money can buy. Ultra practical, fairly light, I've had two pompinos and loved them endlessly. Only selling as we need the space and I have a Surly so this doesn't get the love it used to.
The lacquer has peeled in some spots so there is some surface rust, but the bike is of course structurally sound. It's seen a lot of use but always been maintained and kept indoors almost all the time (it was in storage for about 8 months). A lovely beater and if you decided to re-do the paint and jazz it up, would also be superb. Has the capacity to fill any SS/fixed niche, braked or brakeless.
The handlebars are the only thing I'd replace, and that's purely aesthetic (apart from the lack of bar ends...!) - they were a cheap and cheerful stopgap. I have some GT flat bars i can throw in for free - think you might need a different stem though.

Currently on the SS freewheel but also has a fixed cog on the other side. Apologies for the blurriness of the pictures, my husband took them.
£275 and I'll donate £20 to the forum- either ride it away in Watford, or I can get the train to meet you in Euston. Bank transfer is king, cash prince regent. You can pay by paypal but only without fees.

at the risk of triggering some PTSD, i have a kitchen recommendation to ask... i guess homebase will not make the cut! we've recently moved into a victorian end of terrace which had the same (now elderly) lady owner for 41 years. i'd be lying if i said i didn't feel a little overwhelmed but i'm going to take it one room at a time and keep the same style throughout. first up is the kitchen.
it's a bit of a crap space, sort of a galley but doors not in the centre of each end, slightly off to one side, so annoyingly difficult to have units which go right up to the wall. i don't know any tradespeople, i would like it to be inexpensive but i guess i have a budget of about 4-5k including fitting, i need floor to ceiling units rather than boxy standalone OTP ones, to make the most of the space. who would you recommend? i am aware there are sales on at Wickes etc until early Jan which has piqued my interest and i would be keen to take advantage of same
on a related note, @tbc i'm also just about to do this with my floors! very interested to see how yours turn out. are you having to seal any gaps and if so did you use wood slivers or the M shaped silicone filler?

oh sorry! and @musa - having never had any reason to frequent this part of the forum i didn't know there was a home diy thread separate to this one. thanks both!
also, that was a gigantic upgrade/investment - the first boat we owned was a far more modest trad narrowboat which we refloored and did up a bit. sometimes i miss it, mostly i'm glad to have wifi / water / electricity

how do i pick a tradesperson without it triggering my anxiety that almost every one i've had in (across various remits) has been a bit of a charlatan? even those with stellar ratings on trusted trader sites and who come via personal recommendation? i've had maybe two that were excellent and the rest were, frankly, a nightmare. i need someone to check the external render and lead roof flashing for cracks in the (never-ending) hunt for the (possibly multiple) sources of damp and i don't want to waste money and have to argue that they haven't done what they said on the quote again
