Can't help with frame numbers I'm afraid but I'll be watching this one, I'm a fan of Ron Coopers, mine has numbers on the fork and bb shell that I thought were either 600 or 009, I'll double check if I can tonight.
They are wonderful frames in craftsmanship and ride and your colour looks great. Have fun putting it together.

Wish I could say they are something special saarf, but just these:

They came up at a such a good price with the tubs that I would have been daft not to try them, one irritation is the freehub...shimano splined only, so have to run a conversion cassette. They may be replaced with some handbuilts before summer but they'll do me for now

Anything can be posted or collected from London weekdays at Mansion House around lunchtime (12-2pm) or meet up between there and Fenchurch St between 5.30-7pm. Southend on sea weekends.
Nizi HR22 clincher rims (36/36) on Mavic 501 hubs and a Regina BX 8 spd freewheel (126mm spaced). Rear recently rebuilt onto mavic 501 hub with a Regina BX 6spd (14-24) freewheel that's now seen about 500k and it's as tight and true as a button. Front slightly out has a 1mm or so egg to it, nothing I'm sure a little trueing up wouldn't sort but it's best to mention these things, I never noticed riding it to be honest. Both hubs buttery smooth. No skewers. £75 collected, £85 posted.
Sale by mrlikabika, on FlickrHarry Webb hand built Wolber Profil 18 Wheelset (28/28) on Mavic 501 hubs Sachs LY-93 8 speed freewheel (12-21) - Campy spaced. Continental tubs 23mm rear, 19mm front. 130MM spaced but 501's have a natty little space to take them down to 126mm. You'd need to go down to 6/7 speed freewheel for them to fit a 126mm frame though. Tubs have brilliant tread and hold air but the front is fraying in areas on the sidewall. some scoring to the breaking surfaces from getting caught in bad weather once. Hubs are buttery smooth. Rapid wheelset for a retro ride. No skewers. £65 collected £75 posted.
