Stock pomp fork is 390mm A-C ( just checked their page ) and kinesis is 405mm , so even more than 10mm ...

Willo1000, if You were using stock fork for some time, how do You compare it to Kinesis?

I noticed, that Kinesis fork is 10mm higher, so the headtube angle will be even more slack. Steering is really safe with standard fork, You need to be really aggressive to push it

Any suggestions about Kinesis carbon CX fork? Or should I just buy chinese carbon CX frame/fork and sell pompino?

At the moment I have Pompino with same pompino steel fork. For a while I'm thinking about fork upgrade. Easton 90 is to expensive, but kinesis pure cx carbon is quite affordable. Is it worth it? Does the ride quality improve? Pros/Cons ?

Recently I have found this Kinesis Pro6 frame. great looks,weight and purpose :) Really like the video on their page "race or escape" ( at the moment I'm just the kind of guy who likes to ride alone and do some small and fun stuff )

So in the end it means that I want one alot.
Problem is that at the moment I have two bikes ... they are great bikes,specific bikes...

One is Ragley mmmbop

It's really great for trails ... but I allmost don't use it,because it's not fun on local trails,is not meant for XC competitions

Second one is On One Pompino

I'm using this one almost all the time. It's great for local trails,fun and challenging ... to do same stuff I do on ragley,great commuter and is simple as f**k,but lacks gears,disc brakes ...

So ... is it worth selling these two bikes to build up one kinesis on stans iron cross rims,with some Shimano 105 bits ?

Dont think that anything larger than 35mm will fit.
35mm racing ralph fits with brakes ... for Fixation 35mm I need to remove the brakes

Had this one build maybe two years ago.Some no name Chinese frame set. Was really nice to ride. About 10.4kg ... had quite lazy acceleration with 38T up front

And Before I went on gears,it was single speed. At the beginning I had some kind of tensioner,later I found magic gear.

Had a CX race today.
Pompino is great bike,just the fork has to small clearence.
Hope to get Kinesis cx carbon or easton fork.
