I was amazed that I could see it with the naked eye quite clearly, obviously it pops a lot more with the iPhone long exposure shots I took.
I really wish I’d got my proper dslr out on a tripod but I was sound asleep until my wife very excitedly woke me up to see it.

I’m 38 and this is the very first time I’ve seen it. Tbf I lived in Glasgow my whole life until we moved a bit further out into the sticks 6 years ago. I’d always thought I’d need to go up closer into the Highlands to see it properly.

Has anyone else seen it before from relatively suburban locations??

Uch I’m not sure I’d ever really commit the money to an fsr dh. Was my dream bike when I was 14.

I used to see a guy on an fsr dh in Glasgow around 2000-02, often seen him in the Kelvingrove boosting off the steep verges off the main path. He was always in casual clothing and no helmet.

Have heard some unsavoury things about that guy…

Well they look a bit shit as is and without naming a price, no one’s going to offer what you think used bags are worth.
Even if they are lightly used, folk tend to look at roughly 40-50% off retail.
You’d be doing yourself a favour by just setting a price that you’d like. If no one seems keen at that price then you know…

not always, the 160mm floating hope rotors are 1.8mm and the bigger fixed hope rotors are 2.3mm

Iirc it's a bit more curved side to side than the normal power and a bit softer cushioned.

I can't decide if I actually like Power saddles or not, switched to one last year but went back to my Romin as the Power started to feel like it was digging into my thighs. Never really been sure on how to position them.
