We’ve decided to sell our Dwell Laguna grey wool felt material corner sofa. It is 6 years old and is in wonderful condition. It was £1299 when new.

This design is a lovely modern shape and the sofa comes with 3 large cushions in the same grey felt wool material as the base. We have owned it from new and it is coming from a smoke and pet free home.

Dimensions are 276cm long, 68cm High, 87cm deep (standard section) & 163cm deep (chaise)

We are looking for £495£450.

The sofa is in two parts making it reasonably easy to transport.

Collection only from us in Carysfort Road, Stoke Newington.

I grew up on a street off London Road. My folks ran the local paper shop and although they sold the business still live on the same street. Visited them today. Turns out this is one of our neighbours and long standing old customers. He was always on his bike since I can remember, proper old sit up thing. Used to shout at us as kids on our BMXs for riding around on the pavement. Later on as I got older he used to give me all sorts of tips for horses and footy results as his second home was the local bookies. That’s where he was leaving when this happened.

The next bike we need to unfortunately lose is this custom made 90's road race bike we call Pete.

Bought this on eBay about 10 years ago as a hack and have commuted on it for years, super fun and light.

Although stickered as a Peugeot, I'm pretty certain it is a hand built frame once you notice the angular down tube, quality of brazing at the joints and the sizing.

Centreline of BB to centreline of top tube along seat tube is 47.5cm. Top tube is 52cm long (centre of Headstock to centre of seat tube)

Time Club "Vectran Inside"carbon fork points at this being built in mid to late 1990's I think.
Mavic Open Pro blue rims from mid 90's too, quite worn.
Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed groupset except front derailleur (Mirage)
Camapagnolo Mirage cranks and hubs
Campagnolo Chorus headset
ITM Super Racing handlebars

Not ridden hard in four years but in fully working order, I think any buyer should plan a full service and some TLC!

Don't have much of a clue how to price this so guessing a bit, feedback welcomed!
