^I'd say quite fast/fast depending on how big the group is. Especially on longer stretches.
We try to regroup and keep the pack together when we get caught by lights etc. But there is a possibility of being dropped.

S+ PAULS SATURDAY 6th SEPTEMBER 2014

-8pm MEET 815pm LEAVE
-(competent) Fixed/SS riders only (exceptions/questions PM me)
-Make sure your bike is in good shape/can be thrashed for 20+ Miles around London roads
-Bring tools, LIGHTS and coats, I hear winter is coming.
-We're gonna have one stop at CYCLE PS in Camberwell for a beer (home of South East Beers). Maybe @HarveyBrown will let us pay the forum price for beer, but its cheap for beer/fizzy drinks anyway and is a great shop. NO PIZZAS WE DONT HAVE TIME.
-Route includes a few sprints, oval keirin, park detour and a big old tunnel.
-Will finish at Brick Lane Beigels at approx. 1130pm.

-All are welcome as always.
-We've done a variation of this route before and I think most will vouch its pretty lol.

Someone who msut be on here in the centre(?) of Cambridge on Sunday. With a red frame and chrome bag preempted our skid request whilst we were lost looking for somewhere that sold beer after 6pm #neverleavingzone2again

Me and Lucyh are gonna lead a pyjamas themed ride before it gets too cold (where it is compulsory to wear snazzy night wear).

Does anyone know of any bed themed things we can go look at? Ray tells me there is a bed bar somewhere.

Ma3k's fixed to Herne Bay is on Sunday daytime so no SPs.
Herne bay is 100k so a bit more intense than St Pauls - but still casual (for strong riders)
And there is fish and chips!

St Pauls front steps as usual. Riding later due to ride 100 madness. 20 mile route ending at beigels.
We're gonna do an Emirates Stadium Keirin again as well as some other fun stuff.
