today trying to do sickkkk traffic weaving up grosvenor place and going too fast had to slam on the brake in order to not crash into a taxi and my back wheel properly lifted up, my heart was beating pretty fast after that. I must remember not to ride like an idiot.
Sick weaving followed by a rad endo. Sounds sweet to me.

From gallery.
Ned's aren't fucking hipsters.
They're far too alternative for that.
Ned's were alternative before it was alternative to be alternative.
They might even actually be the origin of the term.

Shovey shovey.
Not saying Vogel with the thighs would have challenged, but she'd have stood more of a chance if still on the bike.

Hmmm. I'm not convinced making one our of Depron is a great idea. But the fact that the covers are in regular competitive use means they can't be deathtraps, so thanks 'dan.
These look tempting at £110 made to measure : http://www.raltech.co.uk/Prod_3-Wh-Cov.html

I can't afford a rear disc for my Vitus but want one. What's the deal with the £100 crabon covers you can get?
I'll admit my desire has more to do with sweet lookz than taking 30 seconds off my time for a 25 (PB is about 3 hours including a 25 minute picnic and getting lost twice) but I don't want to make the bike a pig to ride or have a cover come loose and kill me.
Any experience amongst you lot?

By that i mean finding long cycle paths (like our guided busway) to do laps/circuits on.
The guided busway track is the most frustrating place you could possibly ride.
Beautifully smooth, traffic free flat tarmac that means anyone with drops can maintain evens, but punctuated every couple of miles or less by road crossings and metal barrier chicanes to slow you down to a near halt.
It could have been so glorious.

Hmmm.
I'm not sure.

In my mind it looked right.
Everything except the frame and bars was sat in the garage waiting patiently for the right frame. I saw the Bianchi on here, liked the colour [#girl] and had a good feeling about the finished look.
Now it's done I'm not sure.
Paint the rear silver? Or white?
Orange tape on the bar tops?
Smaller, modern (boooooooo) saddle?
