Some Mavic Cosmic Carbone wheels have just arrived that I bought from ebay. I am suspicious that they are not all that they should be. Nowhere on the wheels does it have Mavic markings, only the cosmic sticker. The carbon aero portion is actually soft plastic that can be pinched together with your fingers. It looks like some other stickers have been removed from the plastic aero portion as well. The front has a Shimano skewer and weighs 1.2 kg with tyre and tube.
They came in pretty authentic looking Mavic wheel bags.
Are these fake or is this how they are??
The seller reckons he bought them for £450 off a mate who had restickered them. Reckons they cam off a £2000 bike.

I know it's a little off topic (!) but my aunt cleverly booked a holiday that clashes with Michael Buble, and sadly the lakes of Italy win!
There are 4 tickets, seated together in block 404 for Thursday 4th July at the O2 arena. The tickets cost around £70 each, any takers at £120 the pair £220 the 4?
You never know may be some fans here!
