I have neither the skills nor, the ability to commit my time consistently because of the nature of my job so volunteering for any of the necessary committee positions is out for me. I don't however wish for my personal contribution to the club to start and end with the purchase of a couple of jerseys. So, my question is, 'Is there anything I can contribute? And is there any reason I should be at this meeting?' Apologies if that was a silly question but I don't wish to simply take and not give. Make sense?

Exactly my thoughts. Last time I went to a carling weekender, it was still a carling weekender. If I say "it used to be better back in the day" I'll be one of those prices who says "it used to be better back in the day" so I'll keep that to myself.

I think for RaR, we're the token electronic/indie act. I'm not sure fans of Avenged Sevenfold et al will flock to see our set but we'll find out on the day I guess.

We rode through the set-up for Rock am Ring last year. Looked like fun.
