The stem was owned by a guy who kinda started the fixed scene in Hong Kong I own the stem for more than 10 years, after bought it directly off him when he changed bikes. It was on his black tonic fabrication track bike back in 2007. 90mm about 15-20 degrees. Specific brand unknown unfortunately.
