Ride a 40kg velomobile up a steep hill (like they do in TCR) and pray for wind?
Fucking the splines is quite easy on most square taper BB made of aluminium.
It's also quite easy to avoid if you fix your tool to the BB to prevent slipping.

If your chainring is bigger than your sprocket you move forward
If your chainring is smaller than your sprocket you move backwards
If both are equally sized they cancel each other out leaving you with a fancy push bike
