Thanks both! yeah think 28c is the max, looking for some nobbly bobbly clincher tyres now that will give me a bit more peace of mind on slight gravel, this kind of thing

Thinking of doing some cycling round France next spring with a couple mates who also ride road / cx bikes and wanting to take my cad 3 which currently looks as so on carbon rims, do you think if I try squeeze some gravel tyres on it will be fine? going to get some big bags probably but not looking to spend an arm & a leg

Scotch bonnet plant started making peppers but they just won't ripen from green to red on the plant, and I've tried the windowsill technique also and just not ripening.... Any idea what I might be doing wrong / what I can do?
