The UK has the largest pool of public health experts in the world.

That seems particularly unlikely, so would also like to see the source for such a bold claim.

Also, how many of this pool are directly involved with the government’s policy?

Isn’t that exactly why people are skeptical of the U.K. governments response? Because they aren’t following what China and South Korea have done?

How many others feel maybe slightly consumed by dread; in the knowledge that the countries around us are closing schools, banning social gatherings, stopping flights, declaring national emergencies and locking down. While little Brexit Britain is blathering on about herd immunity.

Why are we the outlier here? What does our government know; that every other government also trying to minimise the impact of Coronavirus doesn't? Both methods cannot be correct and from what I can see, we're the only country that has taken this path.

Could it have anything to do with the fact we’re run by a bunch of old Etonians and:

We're all used to seeing a Conservative government’s disregard for its citizens and I know we’re meant to plod along to the tune of the national anthem while repeating the mantra “Keep calm and carry on”, but relying solely on the diligence of us all to sing happy birthday twice while we wash our hands and self isolate if we feel like it, well, it doesn't seem to fit the urgency of a global fucking pandemic.

Well I just got a call that my Grandfather isn’t going to attend now. And a few other people have also pulled out.

This weekend my family is throwing a party, in a hotel, for my Grandfather who just turned 90. My grandmother is 87. Various relatives and friends are travelling to Bournemouth for the party and some are also staying at the hotel. About 50 people in total.

This is a dumb idea right? It appears that I’m the only person in my family who thinks this should be cancelled.

I went to a gig in Brighton on Thursday, it was in St George’s church. A few hundred people and a few coronavirus “catch it, bin it, kill it” posters around.

Thanks for this dude, super helpful. I’ve ordered a 15t cog so will start there and see if it smooths things out.

It arrived part assembled, so flywheel, and drivetrain was all together.

Maybe I’m just expecting too much, was just hoping I could get it running smoother and quieter.

No it just arrived yesterday, brand new, so nothing should be worn and I haven’t changed anything.

Would I have more luck then if I switched the cog to 1/8”? Or if the chain line is off, will the outcome be the same regardless?

Does that mean there’s nothing I can do to adjust the chainline? I’m pretty clueless on this issue...

Thanks @mdcc_tester, just gave that a go but still the same noise.

Having a closer look it’s the inside of the chain rubbing against the cog. So that’s a chain line issue? Looks like the chain needs to move like 2mm inward toward the wheel.

So could I add a bigger spacer between the bottom bracket and crank or hub and cog?
