I've just bought a new phone to replace my HTC one as the battery has just about given up. I use google authenticator for a few sites. It looks like I need to disable 2 step on all sites I use it on and then re-enable with my new phone. IS this correct? Seems a bit of a ball ache.

Im looking to get a spoke tension meter and truing stand. With the pound doing well are there any shops on the continent likely to be cheaper than somewhere in the UK? I only really know rose and they only have an very expensive tension meter.

Is that the medium size? It looks plenty big enough for my purposes. I hadn't noticed the black wasn't pannier black until you had mentioned it though.

Has anybody used an Ortlieb saddle bag in medium? are they and good? Do they stay out the way when riding? Anything else to consider at this kind of price (£28)?

Business as usual for me. I don't have to ride very far (few miles each way), or have a very demanding job though.

I think its lovely too and it rides really nicely. I would like to keep it, but I'm a bit T-Rexy. I'd need the front end a bit higher to do any long distances on it and can't justify keeping it for the odd short jaunt.

The paint work is in pretty good nick and has a nice sparkly finish which doesnt come up in the photos. I have detailed all of the paint chips etc. They can be seen here:

Reynolds 653 Shorter frameset built by Barry Chick. I purchased this from ebay, from the original owner, a while ago. I had been using it as a commuter, but for the last few months it has sitting in my shed. Built up it looked like:

It's a very versatile frame having mudguard and rack mounts as well as horizontal dropouts. It has clearance for 25c tyres with mudguards. I also recently had the bottom bracket faced and chased to better accept an external bottom bracket. The frame is in good general conditions with a few scrapes (I'll detail if there is any interest) the most notable being on the inside chain-stay where the wheel came loose when I hadn't done the skewer up tight enough.

The measurements :
Top tube is 56 cm centre to centre,
Seat tube is 57cm centre to centre, 58.5 centre to top
Head tube is 16.5 cm.

Its fitted with a Campagnolo (chorus - I think) headset which is turning smoothly. I can include a 'campag aero' style kalloy seatpost, a zenith 100mm quill stem and a set of handlebars if they are of any use. I've got a set of compact or traditional bend pair - somewhere.

£200 + postage + fees (I may also be able to bring it down to London at some point)

I've been trying the 5:2 thing for a couple of weeks now. There is a definite trend emerging where I put most of the weight back on over the weekend. I cannot resist the beers. This is probably the lowest I've weighed since 2005

First goal is to get under 84.1 so my BMI is classed as normal. Then try to hit 80 for a nice round number.
