Re underlay… but you’ll also get away without it. We just laid some similar stuff in - what will be - the bike/turbo room, and went without.
There was a small divot where we’ve taken out a toilet and the waste - we used some left over fibreboard (from the wood floor in the rest of the flat) to fill that divot.
If the Corka stuff is as easy as what we have, you’ll be done in a morning in a nice big room like that. Not much cutting.
Good luck!

There's a difference between colours not being "accurate" i.e. "it looked different on my laptop screen" and them sending clearly the wrong colour panels/doors.
Anecdotally, we have just had a similar issue - a rogue colour panel in and amongst all the correct colour panels... and the kitchen supplier simply sent a new one for our chippy* to fit.
*I'll get involved with most DIY, but woodwork not my forté.

Don't any of the kitchen suppliers sell spares, which you could butcher to extract the parts you need?
EDIT: you could find a kitchen supplier selling a similar/same solution and get in touch to say you have their pull down drawer but the mechanism has broken... they might not typically sell spares but if they pride themselves on customer service, might send you something in the post. They can only say no.

Now then!
I lurk round here a bit - some great tech/mechanics info and threads - so thought I'd say hello and start contributing.
I currently only satisfy the "L" in "LFGSS", but it looks like you lot don't mind the odd derailleur and freehub body...
Got a handful of bikes dotted around Europe (I know, get me), including a Donhou; a Condor Italia RC; and a Gios.

A turbo, with a bike and rider atop, is a quite unique* live load. I wouldn't recommend a cheap solution, to be honest.
*I know, something's either unique or not. You get what I mean.
