Nice to see that I'm not the only normal sized person out there. Some of the bikes on this thread look great in a larger size. I've got a 24" Surly Ogre on order for hopefully around the end of June. Been waiting for it since January, as some lucky chap at Tokyo Fixed apparently managed to nab the only one available.
Most likely wont be " beautiful ", but it'll be good to ride an mtb that doesn't look like I stole it off of a child :-) -
Been riding clipless for everything but popping down the shops for nearly 13 years now. Don't try your first few rides with heavy panniers or the fall sideways is inevitable each time you stop. 6' 7" of angry bloke is quite an impressive* sight to see toppling sideways. I did go over the bars on my mtb shortly after. Somehow the bike went over my head with my right foot still attached. I backed off the spring tension a little after that.

Hello all. Thought I should finally stop lurking & join the friendliest place on the internet. I'm from London, but currently ride a geared bike in Norfolk, so possibly not overly qualified for this forum. I do visit London from time to time & look forward to contributing some bike stuff in current projects soon.

Hi all, been riding this CAAD4 since 2002. This pic's a couple of years old, but the setup is still about the same. Please excuse the stem position & lack of slamming. Hopefully this will be out on the roads of North Norfolk by the end of June.
I have weeded the area since, but the pebbledash sadly remains :(
