I may go for a custom one day, based on the geo of my ogre. That's got a 72 HA & 73 SA. The chainstays are meant to be 431mm, which is fairly short ( not measured them myself ) Not tried it loaded yet, so that could make a huge difference.
I was going to suggest that sliding dropouts could adjust your wheelbase, but as smallfurry pointed out to me previously, belt drive wont allow that option.

Ha...I don't collect them.
Yeah.. me neither :-s Although I now have spare 26" tyres & ride a 29er :-(
That bike sounds awesome! Very much look forward to seeing it. Did you work out the geometry from scratch, or base it on your current bike?
- If you've detailed all this before, just point me in the right direction.

today i hope was the last time I have to cycle with a full tool kit and track pump on my back
Um.. I must have missed the reason for this, but why so well prepared?
Is this you?

Having done this one way over several days, I can only imagine how mentally hard this is.

This was probably my favourite part of the whole build. I liked the idea of the roof structure remaining visible, in a cheapo mock tudor style :-)
I really wanted something a bit more than a regular shed*. However, if the roof beams were to become a "feature". This meant extra planing, sanding & painting of the timber, which took quite a long time.
I'm not very good with angles & measuring. This soon became more of a problem, as due to my building upon the old wall, none of the corners of the shed were at a right angle to each other.
This meant that each & every roof truss was a different size!
^ The trusses were screwed together, then the plates were added for extra security. Everything I build tends to be over-engineered.
^ I still like to sit back & look up at this sometimes.
