I did suspect my Ultegra Di2 shifters but I don't think it's from there, still does it hands on hoods....hard to tell where exactly it is coming from really....even suspected the junction box itself...spent my last 2 rides holding things with one hand which not that easy because it appears at high speed on slightly rough tarmac where you need your 2 hands on the bar...

Anyone know of any mechanic in London "specialised" in cannondale? My supersix evo (2017) mounted in Di2 is somehow rattly somewhere at the front (near the cockpit) when cycling at high speed and can't seem to get to the bottom of it. It might well be the di2 cable but we have added an extra zip tie already. It could be the rear brake cable which has a bit of cable tension when braking and turning the front wheel sharp. That rear brake cable routing is really awkward with the hole on the side/back of the seat tube instead of on the top tube.

Hi bought this lovely Colnago Super with Number hanger a while back for a respray with Vaz and a beautiful build but too many things to build and I need to raise money for my new Talbot Framework. Frameset is 57x57 ctc paint and decals are tired as you can see but it's dent free and the chrome on fork, lugs and stays are in beautiful condition. Price: £400. Mario Vaz respray + decals would cost you £130.

I started my own similar thread earlier today and was quickly directed onto here. Spent the last hour reading all these stories and I must admit I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one....
I spent the last 10 years being a cunt in a suit working in the city. Been making good money and it allowed me to tick experience and buy amazing stuffs (including bikes!) but hitting 35 next year and I now think it's all BS and am throwing my life away being in that stupid job.
I have always thoughts that the job is what allows me to do what I like on the side but my interests have gradually narrowed over the years and basically all I want to do these days is ride or work on my bikes, go to the gym and do some gardening/diy around the house.
I have always wanted to work in a sports related job, sports has always been the thing I love more than anything else so 2 years ago I have done a part time course to become a personal trainer. I have coached a few people around but the GF and the house took over and I have put it on the side for now with the idea of taking the plunge next year and set myself up either independantly and as a sole trader or actually trying to set up my own personal training studio on a high street somewhere.
The thing that scares me the most is the fact that I have always been conditioned and trained to work for someone and investing all my savings into something that might not work is scary...

This is my/our ultimate goal, I grew up by the beach and surfed pretty much everyday...until I was 17 and thought that living on a tropical island was a stupid idea and living in the big Northern hemisphere cities were the way forward...learnt a lot, ticked lots of amazing boxes that I would have only dreamed on ticking by watching tv where I am from....We do escape and go down the coast for a surf time to time and for sure this bring so much joy. But did the one and last decision of buying a new big house that needs lots of work before making the move in few years. Part of me think that perhaps that was the wrong move too many....

So bottom line, after 10 years of being a cunt in a suit I now fucking hate my job, the industry and and everything else that goes with it....I have been contemplating the idea of changing career for something meaningful and more human...something I and others actually care about. Oh yeah and not having to work for anyone else but myself.
I have a couple of ideas I have been working towards and thinking about for the last 2 years but I still haven't taken the plunge mainly because of fear of the unknown and the pressure of not being able to pay the bills (which had added up over the years, mortgage, car, wifey...luckily no kids yet!) at the end of the months.
Anyone has done just that?

Really like Danial and Nathan's paintjob...I have a Paul Smith Kask that has very nice fades with same kind of colour scheme so thinking of going with something along these lines. Perhaps with a bit of stainless steel too.
