Yes they're quickshift. This was the final 10 speed record model.

These are brand new and unused campag record ergopower levers. They are 10 speed ultra - quickshift versions.

There is a tiny mark on the clear laquer on the left lever. This is visible in the picture - near the "O" on Record.
