Thanks guys I put a Soma cog and a Dura Ace lockring long ago. I was leaning more towards some compact drops. Like Civia Emerson's or Bontrager VR-C's since they are relatively inexpensive.

New stem and bars. Not sure how I feel about the bars. Might go to some compact bars.

Selle San Marco Regal was ok for quick store runs and what not, but was uncomfortable in the racing position after long ride. Now on a Romin Comp Gel, WOW, not sure if they get any better than these saddles. Although I do want to try a Selle SMP.

You might need to add a rear brake.

I had a freewheel on a fixed thread for almost a year. Threads on the hub were fine when I recently put a cog on it.

They're good people though, I got my Langster steel frame from them. Since they're like 3 hours away from me, every time I order the stuff is here the next day.
