Thanks Jay75, I got my friend to spend a weekend on the sofa sanding. Then hammered it in. job done. Not pretty, but it works.

the hub that Id like to use is a shimano 600 hub, where to remove the gears you unscrew the smallest cog and then the rest slide off.

In the end I bough another rear wheel (Mavic) which fitted the 6 speed dura ace freewheel (not cassette) which is 13-23

so I'd like to find an equivalent six speed cassette for the shimano 600 wheel (with the same gear ratio)

Then I could hopefully swap the wheels over without altering the gearing.

Just spoke to Clerkenwell screws, they think they have it but to order over the phone means a minimum of £20 order.

Louis, if you're able to track any of these screws down then please could you let me know? If possible I'd really like to buy a few from you if you can get a few spares and will cover p&p etc.

Im based over in Hammersmith so Clerkenwell is a fair old distance from here..

I'm also after a pair of PD-64 cleats. If anyone has any for sale then please PM me

Louis, if you do find something that works then please let me know. I have just measured the thread with a calliper and it is M4.

So total length of screw is 8mm (thread section is roughly 5mm) and diameter of thread is 4mm.

Would be keen to get a few of these so I have a few spares.

Does anyone know if anyone is selling the small M7 (15mm) bolt with 1.0 thread that is used to tighten the stem onto the handlebars on most cinelli bars?

Ive come across these guys and bought from both of them before but it doesn't look as though they have any 21.1mm quill stems at the moment unfortunately

French is usually 22mm, I have one of these on an old vitus I built up, but 21.1 is a fair bit smaller, would be quite a sanding effort I think!

Can sand a 22.2 to a 22, but a 22 to a 21.1.. Im not so sure

I've been looking everywhere for a 21.1mm stem for an old Peugeot frame. Really strange size and struggling to find one.

A friend of mine is building it up into a fixed gear for his girlfriends birthday in a couple of weeks so pressure is on to fine one! Any help would be very welcome.
