I had some driver pull out last week. She refused to speak to me and later got her mum to the scene. I got her registration no. but am struggling to get her insurer to call about this incident. The police did not attend the scene. My bike is in two pieces, plus other smashed items. There was a witness to the reckless driving. Any advice about this. Will I get my stuff replaced?
