my cog has seized on to my hub threads
i had been running a suiside hub for a bit wilst i was building up a new wheel, now iv got the wheel im trying to remove the cog and i wont come off
iv tryed a hammer
iv warmed it up
and if i push any harder the spokes will snap (the wheels munted)

im building my first wheels and im wondering how much tentions there should be on the spokes?
