Another +1 for decathlon socks, I have several pairs from there. My favourite winter socks are from Hilly. I have a two really nice pairs from Aonijie that a friend gave me as he's sponsored by them, but I decided that they were cursed so don't wear them any more. Double layer socks end up getting twisted under my feet so I don't like them.
Decathlon swimming goggles can gtfo, the only good thing about accidentally leaving all my swimming stuff at my ex's house is that now I have an excuse to buy new goggles.

+1 for Uniqlo! Barely a day goes past when I'm not wearing something from there.
I want to buy new running tops but I have so many race tshirts and can't justify it. Though one shirt is going in the fucking bin as the letters on it melted in the washing machine and covered the inside of the drum with tons of shrivelled up plastic goo. -
I take a multivitamin with magnesium and zinc and iron and some other stuff, then separate vitamin D and a cranberry supplement. I used to take separate zinc tablets as I somehow had low levels of zinc that manifested in bits of my skin peeling off. Maybe it's all woowoo but I'm in the habit of taking them now.

2nd time this year, maybe 6th time ever? I iced it most of last night and then ran 13km this morning, quite sore but not horrific, the weather wiped me out more than anything (32 degrees, 170 AQI).
I was looking for buffalo mozzarella for pizza but couldn't find any, not sure if it's an import issue. Eventually found New Zealand mozzarella, then was so pissed off that I also got some Dutch pesto flavoured cheese and some smoked cheese. I fucking love smoked cheese, could eat it alllllll day.

I have the same issue, I think my ears are really sweaty so normal ones just slide out. I use "sports" ones, which have a hook that go over the top of your ear. I have a pair of Bluetooth ones but don't use them much as they dig into my head (god I'm such a delicate little flower), so usually just use cheapo wired ones.

P20 is great, Piz Buin 1 day long (I think) is also good and smells alright. Neither are available here - in fact, sunscreen is not very popular at all in China as people prefer to walk everywhere with an umbrella for the sun. I've hiked with a sun umbrella but draw the line at running or biking with one... so I get Cancer Council Australia SPF50 sports sunscreen imported. And then proceed to sweat it off almost immediately, no sunscreen is able to withstand the amount of sweat that my body is able to produce.
Ohhhh speaking of Kipchoge's marathon, I forgot to post here about something we did the other week: 15 of my friends did a marathon relay in sub-2, taking 400m stints each. It was ridiculously hard - it's not an ideal climate for it here (hot and humid) but fuck me Kipchoge is fast, people were falling out of their arse after the first few laps. They eventually finished in 1h55. I was there in official spectating mode only (well, and then official Guinness World Record mode, but that was for another ridiculous challenge), fun day!
