Hmm tried to binge watch the F1 Netflix thing - got bored of all the fast cut-away, over emphasised noise bang/whollop/crash noises all the time and the incessant music-to-enhance drama - while waiting for the 3 of 4 second snippets of conversations between teams and drivers.....

car has to be in the top 10 for the fastest lap point to qualify....

/\ agreed - but until the stranglehold of the top teams is broken Liberty cannot do much. it was all going to change when they came in, so far a new(ish) front wing regs and the above.
not sure IIRC when F1 introduced the 2 hour race limit, but i hate that - i used to enjoy it going over time when its was raining, red flags, etc etc - now its got to be kept boxed in for the TV

LNER to edinburgh - first class, or that should be "first" class - broken seat, broken wobbly table , luke warm coffee* luke warm "full english" (1 sausage 1 bacon 1 egg 1 mushroom, thats it) and only just got that as about to run out!
