Nice.
Regarding Rolex I have my trusty 2001 16610 SS Submariner Date. Is for me a design classic and all rounder. Currently getting the bracelet refurbished and all new pins drilled by some guy in Germany.
Ultimate watch would be a White Gold Patek Phillipe Nautilus

"While the Equality Act 2010 protects you from age discrimination at work or when applying for a job, there is an exception in the law which applies to age discrimination only.
The exception means that an employer can make a decision based on someone’s age if they can show that it is objectively justified and proportionate. This should only be a defence in a limited number of circumstances and doesn’t mean that employers have ‘free reign’ to discriminate against older workers."
IMO Is easy to argue that a junior role for a company like Rapha would need a young persons perspective to compliment the existing well established voice to the Middle Aged Men in Lycra, which make up the majority of Raphas customer base. Millennials are notoriously difficult to pin down on what they actually want from a brand. Appealing to this demographic would almost certainly call for a recent graduate in their early 20's.
