OCD got the best of me and I've opted for Eggbeaters two with the green spring instead of the red.
As I only own two of the bourbon Silca water bottle cages, I'll probably move those on to the Baum and I'll use a total of 3 King cage ti's on the Mosaic.
Also got some Fizik Terra bartape in green, I ended up using the Tune tape on the Baum as it was in need of replacement. Still not sure what combo to use:
Selle Italia SLR leather with matching tape
Fizik Antares black with Fizik perforated black tape
Fizik Antares black with Fizik Terra green tapePotentially, use the Fizik Antares from the Baum and place a full black Antares on the Baum.
I'll give Mosaic a nudge tomorrow to see where we are with the frame.

One thing to keep in mind is warranty situations.
Unless you use entire drivetrains from the same manufacturer, it will be an issue if you face a warranty claim situation. Even if you experience ok shifting, using different brands can influence the overal wear and tear of your drivetrain. Different material chainrings might wear the chain out faster and therefore influence your cassette's wear as well.
There are some exceptions however. I'm using a Power 2 Max powermeter, I know the crank arms are produced by Campagnolo and I use them together with original Campagnolo chainrings. I notice no difference in performance (other than the obvious power data output) compared to the original chainset.

I've got one of the sailcloth waterproof ones for my Omega. I like the pre-assembled / fixed spring bars. It does stay fairly rigid imo.
I still prefer the bracelet over any of the straps I've got. It adds some chunkiness to the watch as most of the straps go down from a (in this case) 21mm lug width to an 18mm buckle which to me doesn't look as nice. Plus the bracelet features the micro adjust functionality that I often use.
