Latest project is taking form. Need to have a cm shorter stem and polish it to match the frame. A chain and cassette and even pedals will prove usefull but other than that..
Should be rideable by Monday i hope! Also thinking bout adding some coloured bits but i always change my mind and want plain black a week later. Think the red "bling" kit will stay in the box for now!?

hi could anybody help me, looking for drop bars for a while and saw these and think they look good as i like the flat top part to them, anybody any idea of what they could be?

Hard to tell (for me atleast) but theres alot of fsa wing modells that should come close to that. Like this: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=36068

Not true. The BB7 has two adjustment dials and no cable stop adjuster. The BB5 has one dial and...a cable stop adjuster that performs the same job as the BB7's outboard dial adjuster. It makes no difference to set up at all.
But by adjusting the cablestop wouldent you shorten the span of the caliperarm compared to if you had 2 dials? Cause i guess thats what its doing right, moving the arm when you tighten the cable stop?

So do they actually lie about weights? I mean 100 grams off is fine i guess, you can blame it on size measured or whatever. But 800 grams difference from advertised to actual weight is a joke. Thats more than half of the claimed weight extra..
I doubt anyone thought a 4130 frame would be 1400 grams even in size 48 but still its very missleading. Hopefully just a poor communication or a typo rather than just a made up number out of the blue. In the end theres nothing but unsatisfied customers to gain from not putting a real weight out there imo.

Ah i missed that it was available on the chart and i thought i looked..
63 is low. Compared to standard roadbike its almost another cm of the headtube lenght. You gain about 2.5 from the longer fork so that roughly about 14.5 if compared to your roadbike providing you got the same integrated/semi integrated headset design on that frame or youd have to account for that aswell making it even shorter in comparison.Id need a 59 with shorter stem. Well that or too many spacers in wich case id rather have back pain :)

Like so many cross bikes these days the headtubes are almost non existent. 13cm ht on a 57 tt is pretty low. Especially since there is an integrated headset or atleast semi-integrated. No cable hanger since discs, it better have some massive bb drop for me to not be forced to run like 5cm+ of spacers :)
Nice looking bike tho!

Ive had my standard ortlieb for 10 years. Its light and works. Thats all i really care about. If we are talking bout just carrying your laptop on a commute then i would imagine all would work well tho.
After 10 years its pretty much beat up and i intend to get a new just like it. May not be the best looking bag but i dont really care bout that.

Thats 44 (or 42 cant remember) with 12-25 in the rear. Its a 39 in the back on that crank but only cause i couldent get the damn ss bolts to work thanks to campys hidden 5th bolt design. No front derailleur and no need for me to have more gears. Not in the back nore in the front.
Then again. I too race cross every weekend..

Cheers desouz!
Most likely it will work just fine, dont have any experience with em. Just a saw with a blade for metal will cut that seatpost in no time tho.
