Hi all,
On a beautiful early spring ride out to Jodrell Bank today everything was going tickets-boo until I got to the 20 mile halfway point furthest from home when my seatpost clamp failed. Within a minute of this occurring the sun went in and it started pi$$ing down, this continued until I finally struggled home at which point it brightened up again. It was literally a pain in the arse.
Anyway, I digress. I need to use the bike tomorrow and luckily the local shop is open. I just need to know what size replacement
I need. The bike is a 2005/6 Condor Pista. I believe the seatube size is 27.2 but the clamp sizes on the Condor site are different. Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Cheleon. -

i'd have to sell something and i don't even ride track! plus i'd have have to resist drilling it for brakes for the road which is just wrong
It's such a cool frame but that's the trouble. I only ride the roads and I couldn't bring myself to install a brake if it were mine. Although it would look splendid above my mantelpiece.

No problem.
Anyone else interested in swapping a 17t Surly or 16t Halo for an 18t cog.
