I spotted a guy heading south by the Clapham Sth Tesco yesterday morning on a mash with black front spok. The above posts reminded me and now I wonder if this is the same chap.
Also, I've seen the another guy a few mornings on a yellow Schwinn with chrome rear triangle heading up the CS7 by Clapham, and then his bike again hanging off a light post outside the Hope in Farringdon. Very much "on here" looking -

I'm looking to build a cheap fixed CX / commuter (similar to that amazing Dolan on the forum). Will these forks kill me? I'm hoping to offset the stiffness of the alu forks with a fat arse tyre. Thoughts?

Thanks Tester, helpful as ever.
Next questions.
Can you cut threads into a titanium steerer? (forgive my poor knowledge of metals and their properties.)
Does anyone have some nice carbon forks, preferably straight blades, with a 1" threaded steerer that is 22cm (or longer) in length... That I can afford.
I have some kenisis K2's you can have for next to nothing. Not straight blade, but hey. 23cm-ish steerer. I'm after some steel forks I can fit fatter tires into...

Good predictions Bobbo. I think the main bone of contention would be Wales vs. Arge's. I think Wales will take it by less then 7. Argintina will be looking to move the ball a bit more then normal though as was seen in the new rugby Championship.
And yes, the Scot's have no chance against the the AB's, but i think 30 points is unlikely. 14 points and change me thinks.
CB - not too many options I'm afraid unless you head south. I went to the last AB's vs. SA game at the Temple walky and it wasn't too bad, but just too busy and the queue at the bar seriously impacted my drinking. There's a Canadian pub in Convent Garden that sometimes plays rugby, so that maybe worth a punt.
?
Most likely you then pal. Not to many fixie skidders in that part of the woods. To be fair, if there was another mash within a 2 mile radius I'd be surprised. I'm the dick on the Fort bro-pro with the yellow fade
