Yeh there good at first the hot flushes are a bit worse then decrease. Gyne put me on them. Havent tryed any others. I really need to go back for an oppointment.

When i was 17 i went to docs as i hadnt started my periods, i thought i was just a late starter but went for scans and mri and they basically siad that i have pof and my ovaries stopped working. So im on the patches and it will build up my womb so i am able to carry a child but not biologically have them.

I started having hot flushes 4 years ago. Eustrogen inriched things such as soya milk is good. Due to the eustrogen levels decreasing taking supplments or hrt or the pill can really make a difference.
