Also, what makes you think it's a Cinelli made frame? That is written on the BB doesn't make it a Cinelli frame, because they made Lugs and Bottom Bracket shells for export to framebuilders.

I've never had any problems setting up Canti's or V-brakes, and I've done quite some. So I don't think this will give me any problems, but we'll see!

How's that? You can almost completely adjust them, there are spacers on the blocks and you can adjust the brakes a lot, don't think there will be a problem cause in that case the same problem would be there with fitting modern canti's on these kind of frames.
