Shimano Tourney 42/34/24 with Shimano Alivio 42/34/24 crankset
I never changed a crankset except for fixed ones :/ is there anything I must watch out for?

This is correct and since the original introduction of the scheme, HM Revenue and Customs have laid down some specific rates for the final payment. The scheme therefore does not offer the same value as it initially did. Not all employers are necessarily up to date with these amendments.

lfgss please help me understand this because I spoke to a c2w guy on phone and he told me this following:

**- I apply for c2w scheme

• After being accepted, I get a LOC for a bike which I can ride straight away from lbs.
  
• Monthly payments to the bike come out of my salary minus tax
  
• At the end of the year my employer can sell me the bike at "Fair Market Value"**

Why am I making payments every month if my employer is going to sell me the bike at the end (at fair market value)? when I asked the guy to clarify he said its new regs the HMRC put in place and there was nothing they could do about it. Im lost n confused.
