^^ Makes me angry just reading that.
I think the next time that sort of thing happens I'd like to just get off my bike, walk over to the offending stopped car, stand directly in front of it, and just beckon the driver out with, a calm, sinister "come here" hand gesture. I don't know what would happen afterwards to be honest, I'd probably politely ask their address so I could write them a stern letter.

These frames were going to be projects, but I just landed a volunteer position in Nairobi and they've got to go!

Look KG96 TVT Team Replica Lo Pro frame
Seat Tube (ctt): 57.5cm
Top Tube (ctc): 57cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 650c front, 700C rear
Frame tubing: Carbon tubes in alu lugs
I got this frame from a pretty serious French TT rider with a big collection of bikes. The frame is in excellent condition with no nasty business like dents, cracks etc. One or two decals are a little ropey, but most of them look lovely. Measurements are taken in straight lines. Dropouts are diagonal but short. I've been told that the head tube cable mounts are not an original feature. Sale includes tasty Mavic headset and sought-after 25.0mm Chorus aero seatpost (which has some scoring to the lower rear of the shaft where the special seat-clamp grub-screw engages). £soldBrian Rourke 653 road frame
Seat Tube (ctc): 60cm
Top Tube (ctc): 60cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C
Frame tubing: Reynolds 653
I purchased this frame a year ago and by the time I figured out that it was too big for me, it was too late to get a refund. It has Cinelli stamped lugs, a Reynolds BB shell and has Campag dropouts *and *Campag fork ends. The paint is in very tasty condition except for three/four obvious bare areas, where I was investigating some paint bubbling. It was only surface rust which has been mostly removed. The rest can now be done with some vinegar or other rust treatment and then touched up into a stunning frame with only ~10ml of car paint. It's sad that I never got to ride this frame! £Sold pending collection.BRUCE Dedacciai road frame . >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> . Moved over to here: http://www.lfgss.com/thread90930.html

If it's a beater, you might want my super cheap 8 speed set!
I can offer new brake callipers, new front & rear derailleurs, (all of Shimano 2300 type quality) plus a slightly used 8 speed cassette (Shimano 600 I think) and chain.
All that for £55 posted?
I've got a new, cheap BB to suit a road double as well, for another £5. All you'd need is a chainset (you can get nice cheap compact doubles here) and shifters. I have some high-end downtube friction shifters (Simplex & Campag SR) but I imagine you'd want indexed 8 speed, available on eBay.
Let me know if you want photos.

I've got a 1995/1996 (not sure) Athena groupset in very good, shiny condition, with 8 speed ergo levers. I can offer you a full groupset including BB, even Cinelli Criterium bars if you like. Only thing I don't have is wheels/pedals/cassette. I do have a new 8 speed chain I can throw for free in if you take my offer.
So how about £210 for ergos, both dérailleurs, chainset (53/39), monoplanar brakes (very nice indeed) and chain. I have both braze-on or clamp-on front mech, you may choose either.
Optional extras:
+15 for BB (modern sealed Veloce, only a few hundred miles on it)
+20 for Cinelli CritsI also have a couple of Campy aero seat posts, a range of saddles (Turbo, Rolls, etc), some tyres, and all sort of bits.
So far I only have pics of brakes, chainset and front dérailleur. It looks the same as Tel's groupset, but with a few scratches to the chainset and the odd blemish here and there.

I have something you may like, it's a 58 x 58cm c-c smooth welded Fanciulli frame, probably early nineties but maybe late eighties? Super Vitus tubings have the same weight and wall thicknesses as Columbus SL/SLX tubings, but not the massive price tag. Frame complete with Columbus chrome forks.
The paintwork is quite stunning, with just a few blemishes. 130mm rear spacing and internal cable routing. I bought this bike for the Campag parts from a nice man in Lille, and I don't need the frame (too small for me). I rode it across London in its current build state, and it's really nice and responsive.
From velospace:

Yes, very unlikely to be 853. Still a bargain though. What bars you reckon they are?
