I've recently got back into running, and on Saturday managed to do a 5k parkrun thing in under 24 minutes which I'm pretty happy about. The only problem I'm having is with my hips, specifically my left hip which is still slightly uncomfortable today. I think it is proberly technique related, is there any tips/videos/articles I can look at that might help?

I'm booked in for a full day with Tom Flanagan at the beginning of September. Driving to Leeds, getting tattooed for 7 hours and then driving home again. Will be eating alot and drinking alot of Lucozade and water. I always have a Lucozade before I get tattoed and a packet of sour skittles in my pocket, I'm not sure why, its just something I started doing to make me feel prepared for longer sessions.

Only 3 real climbs but a fair few little hills in between, and a long flat section in the middle caused by shortening the route probably isn't a bad thing. I'll drop you a PM at some point @Elra to try and sort a weekend when nothing else is happening.
