for longer/faster rides clipless is always better.

I have horizontal restraps for pub/shops etc. I set them up with a particular set of trainers and now only wear those when riding straps.

I'd say it was more like the first 50m haha. The damage is only cosmetic, and could probably be made less noticeable with a marker or similar.

As above, good condition, all threads are good, wheels straight and true. Some cosmetic damage to the rear hub flange where the chain has come of during an epic skid (This was done by none other than Indra himself)
