I must say, It's kind of scary just how much you can fit in the saddlebag. Because it works like a compression sack it just keeps fitting more and more inside and still seems to squash back down to the same size again. :]
Despite making about 2O of this new design saddlebag I've never actually owned one.

Modified TT bars, modified light bracket to mount Garmin with access to charger port, battery extender for garmin with modified light bracket glued to the back to allow it to be mounted under the stem, Hope vision 1 with exposure light bracket to move it further forward and allow easier removal, cateye wireless computer to allow for the fact that I don't trust my Garmin to be accurate. :]

I used to make my 'Lock sausage' sleeves a few years ago...I still have mine on my fahg chain.

So what happens when the velcro loses it's stick..which it will, as ALL velcro does.
If they hadn't secured the sleeve with a rivet then you could have just bought a replacement sleeve.

Out of curiosity...Am I right in thinking It uses a strip of velcro to secure it round your waist right? Which you have to undo every time you take the lock off? And the sleeve with the velcro on is permanently secured to the chain with a rivet?
