Took it out for a spin yesterday and put another 50 effortless miles in, so how about a cheeky price drop? £800 collected?
Also, how tf do you edit posts? I'm stuck in an eternal loop of 'edit conversation, insert reason for editing, back to square one'. Am I missing something or does that only work in Chrome or somesuch?

Flogging my Viner Maxima Ultralight as it's just too big for me and I'm not riding it as a result. Probably done no more than 250 miles on it and never in the rain, so it's in pristine condition (bar a small tear on the bar tape, pictured).
Bought in 2019, this was the bike that was to replace the Viner Maxima RS 4.0, but I don't think they ever released that, so this could even be one of a kind. It's unbranded (though I have the email receipt as proof of its provenance) and looks seriously 'stealth'.
This is what Planet X said about it at the time: "Here's your chance to grab one of the models before the paint goes on. Finished in raw UV protected carbon this frameset is a testament to the framebuilder's art, with the beauty of a perfectly hand finished frame showing through from every angle."
Toray T700/T800 carbon frameset (frame 800g, full-carbon fork 350g)
SRAM Rival 11-speed groupset (Cassette 11-32t)
SRAM S-series alloy double chainset (172.5 mm, 50/34t)
Vision Team 35 Comp wheelset
Selcof finishing kit
Ruffy Tuffy tyres (700 x 25c)Sizing:
Head tube: 195mm
Top tube c-c: 570mm
Seat tube c-t: 600mm
Rear centre: 405mm
Front centre: 610mm
Stack: 600mm
Reach: 450mm
Head angle: 72 degrees
Seat angle: 74 degrees
Handlebars: 42cm / 120mmCurrently weighs in at 8kg, but with the right wheel/tyre/groupset upgrades, you could make this an incredibly light machine.

Righto. Am I right in thinking that's more on the cosmetic rather than the mechanically necessary side of things? I'll be using it for a turbo trainer wheel, so it's not going to see any outdoor action.
Also should check... it's a Shimano/SRAM freewheel hub, right? Would it take an 11-speed cassette?

I'm after any old rear 700c wheel with a campagnolo freehub - essentially a spare so I can put a trainer tyre on it and use it on the turbo. Doesn't have to be in great condition cosmetically, just in decent working order. If there's a 9-speed campagnolo cassette on the back as well, even better.
Cheers.

Afternoon all. About to dip my toe into the world of touring and am wondering what it's like trying to get out of Calais by bike. Would rather avoid going on the massive N216 road out of the port, but from the look of Google maps, there doesn't seem any other way out of the fenced-off area. Is there a foot passenger exit? Or am I going to have to mix it with the trucks for considerably longer than I'd like?
