Are there any pictures of the Mach1 rims built up anywhere? I've had a look through the thread but can't find anything. Also do the Miche hubs need a weird lockring?

I thought it was illegal for a UK shop to sell bikes without any brakes. Maybe there's a loophole whereby if it's labeled a track bike it's ok. Can't imagine anyone would be caught dead at a track with one of those Felts though.

Sorry to hear about the shallow fit of the caps, I was going to buy a large one but seeing as my head's like an orange on a toothpick it'd probably just pop off the top. Hmmm.

So do people rate the the Re-fuses because you can wear them right down to the mesh without them puncturing? I don't skid that much (front brake) and have plenty of skidz patches but the one I had on the back seemed to get really ragged quite quickly, to the point where I wasn't comfortable using it on my commuting bike. Swapped it for a Randonneur which is definitely less nippy but seems to be lasting much better.

Have they had much use? Are they pick up only?
