i was going to leave after a couple of laps of the men's race but ended up staying for the whole thing to see if Dowsett could catch them. what a rider.

Good to meet everyone on Saturday especially, Ash (i think), Bernie and Bearfoot. That ride down embankment was class - we were in a lot less pain than the people doing it 14 hours later.

re. the riding, apart from one red light in parliament square i felt it was pretty safe and in control.
