Hello all, I will be taking part in my second Dun Run.

I am getting the train back in the evening from Beccles after my mate's GF will hopefully provide me with some good food and a place to rest.

I will be on my Dawes Galaxy, probably wearing my Rollapaluza long sleeved jersey, and Radioshack cap (which was worn by Chechu Rubiera himself in a race).

I nearly got hit by someone doing just that, was only not injured because there wasn't railings on road. I always keep an eye out nowadays.

this has really got me down. traffic has been terrible this week, and there have been so many cyclists out and about. Have seen some crazy moves being pulled by people, despite these accidents.

Clapham South - helmetless bloke on a crappy mountain bike, rear v-brakes completely unattached, and no lights. asked him why his brakes were like that. he said he was "getting a new bike in a few days, so fuck it". I asked how long they'd been like that. He said about a week and laughed. .......

Was riding past a lad on Sunday who was on a scooter in Streatham chilling on the pavement. He goes to turn around and gives in a bit too much throttle... smashes into a garden wall. Streatham laughs.

a bit old, but saw someone jumping red lights on moorgate last wednesday near liv st. carrying a massive bag under his arm whilst the traffic coming across us had already started to move. most dangerous thing I've seen in ages. idiot

I will be in the outer hebrides, so as far from the ride as is possible in the UK!

did the FNRttC and it was absolutely freezing! Couldn't feel my toes or fingers for most of it, and water bottle froze up. The sunrise was a wonderful sight, and the weather in Southend was majestic!

That was a fun ride! Icy and toe numbing but worth it for the sunrise!
