No photos but just had a peregrine falcon doing the classic 'drop like a stone' attack on something above my garden. Probably one of the ones that nests at the cathedral in the city. Top level garden tick!

The size has worn off but it measures 43cm pit to pit and 62cm from top to bottom in the front (the back is slightly longer).

@LePaton I printed it out on an old school piece of paper and very satisfyingly ticked off each running as I didn't it. Much better than TR.

I'd also suggest 3 runs a week. Two short, one long. That was how the plan I used for a HM last year was set up and it noticeably improved my running compared to just two runs a week.

Nice. The tap room has a shop and a bar and then a outside seating area with lots of grass (it's on an old farm). Didn't get to try anything from the bar as I was driving but definitely want to go back. I had been planning a ride there pre COVID. The plan was to cycle there, have a few drinks and then camp and head back in the morning (cycling or by train depending on the hangover levels...). May try it this summer :)
