Hello Im after a wheelset for a beater project.

A bloody good friends bike got bloody stolen so Im trying to do a nice thing and build him a bike! Im a few bits short & dont have much to spend. So most importantly Im looking for 700c, flip flop in ok/rideable condition. I Dont have too much to spend but will consider most wheels.

Im also after a pair of pedals, something like mks sylvans would be cool, & some track grips, black would look awesome but will consider anything. So please please please let me know if you have anything that will help me help a good buddy out!
