Actually half serious; I don't work in an office but spend a little time in one every work day (I'm a driver). I don't see how spending a lot of time in one (correct) position would be an improvement on regularly shifting your ass around.

Schlumpf has been making those bb/cranks for years, I'm surprised of the claim for first fixed gear application. Actually, they make a version for unicycles, so it's been done.

I'm trying to get my quill stem to go further into the headtube however it just won't go down anymore- its a good few inches from the bottom of the headtube and cant see anything prevent it going further down.

What am i doing wrong?
