Headset is definitely threaded, probably with one of these (or similar) in: http://www.wiggle.com/deda-quill-stem-adapter/

Might I suggest your comments (and video) might be more welcome in the "How to lock your bike" thread? That is more about general locking techniques.
This thread is designed to list, and discuss, locks which will prevent or significantly hinder a professional bike thief in London. I think @GA2G has tried to explain this to you a number of times.
For sure your videos are insight and helpful to some people, in some places other than London, but not the intended readers of this thread.

Ok, I mean you could always go for UV, for the insta-cancer effect, or Infrared to go for blood boiling. Basically take your pick from here: http://jetlasers.org/29-pl-e-pro

SON 28 is available in 28H centrelock. http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/schmidt-son-28-disc-center-lock-dynamo-front-hub-black-prod27091/

You could use one of these in conjunction with the Lumicycle?

Although using it on its own gives a higher chance of them still having their eyes open when you melt their retinas.

I would second what @French_Touch said. I was going to suggest a mantra, or even something like the Kastle MX 98 (or FX if you want a bit of rocker). Kastle are pretty well regarded outside of the rental / tourist market here, you might just have to try and search out a deal as they are pretty expensive.

Just pop down the road and pick up a BMC straight from their research lab! I'm over in Valais, so can't give you any local advice, except just get out there and ride everything! There seems to be loads of CX in the Zurich area (as well as cycloball if that floats your boat!).
For buying a bike, you might be better getting one from Germany if you have a car. Even if you got it sent and paid the duty on it, it'd be cheaper than buying new here.

In parallel. i.e. stick the + wire from the charger and the + wire from the light into the + port on the dynamo. and the same for the - wires.
