An enviable set up. I have made some bad pour overs recently with Bodum's Chemex-style brewer. I don't like using it much and can't be bothered trying to fine-tune the process. Must be the lack of Stagg. Back on the shelf it goes.

Perhaps they meant first with that technique.

I love these! I think I got about 10 years out of mine.

Got part way into researching a ram upgrade but unfortunately mine has now developed an issue with the battery so not sure whether I can be arsed. Food for thought for a potential buyer though and someone that might know more than me.

I have two "vintage" bits of technology that are about to give up the ghost and it really highlights this phenomenon, they contain things like pieces of music that I'm sure I will forget, ideas, photos, memories, information that I reference, all sorts.
