Surly Steamroller 53cm, destickered and matt black. I'm not sure the paint job is original, but it doesn't feel like a crappy rattle can/powdercoat.

I managed to lose some of the bearings from the bottom of the headset, however. I though it was a cartridge setup, apparently it wasn't. Anyway, it's this headset here:

Frame takes standard 1 1/8" headset so no issues about replacing it, I might even be able to find a bottom/full headset to replace it - it's just been too cold to go rooting in the shed properly.

Having said this, the headset runs fine, I found most of the bearings, I think maybe one or two are still missing and should be easily replaceable.

Couple of chips to the fork lacquer, which I'm not sure were there when I bought it. I have only ridden it about twice though (far too small), so I suspect they were.

I'd like £110 for it please including the headset (what I paid - the headset).
I can include the (crappy) BB for a fiver.
