@Nahguavkire Not what you want to hear perhaps... but I've always found that in shaded areas if I try to grow grass moss always follows and prevails.

My now deceased father-in-law left this Light Sports Yamaha SRX 250 - it's fallen to me to get it to a new owner. Any tips for selling motorbikes - just put them on eBay?

A quick Google seems it's not worth much but it's in great condition and stored correctly, fuel drained etc.

@elra is there enough height to hang bikes in there on the left wall from the wheels?
Would make it easier to get them in / out.

Another center option could be a small fruit tree with some nice low planting around it.
Good for attracting birds if that's your thing.

Have been through the same exercise as you with my 2013 Audi A4 Avant and have decided just to hold onto it and pay the charges when I use it (which isn’t often)
It’s only done 20k in the last 8 years.
Plus it’s held it’s value well - I think outside of Ulez world there’s still demand for non compliant hatches.
