Used to run mks custom nuevo, mks xl toe clips and double mks straps. Liked the set up but after switching to duo plastic pedals + horizontral restraps haven't looked back. I keep left shoe always in strap, and don't really need to flip the pedal to get the righ strapped in as you just catch it on the up turn of the cycle - becomes second nature pretty quick.

This looks great. I commute everyday on the lea bridge road and it's easily the worst section of my ride. Live in the village and what they've done round orford road is excellent, good time to be an e17 cyclist.

For sale is this as new Attaquer Batter Up Pro-fit jersey. Tried on for size and it's a bit too pro-fit for me if you know what I mean. It's a size large and measures 93-97cm chest (from website). Really nice jersey quality, on a par with my rapha kit.

DA7600 and Araya 540 rim front wheel for sale. Was part of a matching set but I split the rear to build in to a different wheel. Solidly built and really light wheel.

Rim has been used with a front brake and so shows signs of wear. Hub could do with a regrease if you're picky but is in very good condition otherwise. Also comes supplied with track nuts. If you want more pics let me know.
